Choosing the right food is vital in all lose weight programs. Like what they say, ? a fit body is made in the kitchen and not at the gym?. To speed up your weight loss doing exercises is important. Most people don?t have time to go to the gym. Here are some simple routines that you can do on your bed when you wake up every morning.

Get on your bed, facing right and bring your body up. Make sure your elbow is right under your shoulder. Pull up your muscles underneath and pull it up against the bed. Slowly bring it down and repeat this 12 times. You’re going to feel the struggle as you go upward. Make sure your other hand is on your abs. Then switch over to the other side. Place one foot over the other. Bring your elbow right under your shoulder and the other hand on your abs and do the same thing. For the muscles to tighten up the spine, exhale slowly.

For the second step, pull your knees to your chest. Make sure there’s no pillow underneath your head to get a nice stretch. Move one leg forward and raise your head off the bed and place your hands at the back of your neck. Start off by moving both knees like you’re riding a bicycle and pull your abdominals down.
